In addition to our six normal phases of production, we add a preliminary phase prior to Concept Development that we call "Expectation Clarification." This phase includes moving through your approved vendor selection process, including any steps set out by your RFP. Following our final selection as your vendor, we first meet with the project manager to review the scope of work laid out in the contract and clarify any ambiguities regarding both the final deliverables and, just as importantly, the process. We then meet briefly with the individuals with final authority over the project so that we can hear their expectations first-hand. We have found that having this sort of a meeting up front opens up lines of communication early enough in the process to ensure that the entire process proceeds more smoothly from start to finish.

We are careful to work in conjunction with your strengths and structure the project so that we impact your normal operations as little as possible.
